doc: mempool: fix removeUnchecked incorrect comment

- CTxMemPool::removeUnchecked description comment is stale and incorrect
  after cluster mempool.
  This commit fixes the issue by deleting the stale comment and describing
  only the implicit behaviour triggered by the method.
