qt: 29.0 translations update

The translations for the following languages, which appear to be the
result of a mistake or an act of vandalism, have been discarded:
- Czech (cs)
- Danish (da)
- Dutch (nl)

Changes to the Thai (th) translation have been discarded due to multiple
unsolicited pronunciation notes.
