Resolve the qt/guiutil <-> qt/optionsmodal CD

This pull request attempts to resolve the `qt/guiutil` <-> `qt/optionsmodel`
circular dependency.

The circular dependency is resolved by moving the `Intro::getDefaultDataDirectory`
member function to `GUIUtil::getDefaultDataDirectory`.
