Minor improvements to 1991/fine/{demo.sh,Makefile}

The demo.sh script now shows a bit more what is going on, at least in so
far as the text can go either way: instead of showing:

    Green terra: Terra green
    Vex: Irk
    [...]
    The rug gary lenT: Gur eht tnel yraG

it shows:

    Green terra <->  Terra green
    Vex <->  Irk
    [...]
    The rug gary lenT <->  Gur eht tnel yraG

The Makefile now silences as many warnings as possible.
