From 15a2cade866525e0ea3a8d937d4a123dc192e3b1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Landon Curt Noll Date: Mon, 12 Feb 2024 10:12:08 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] change order of YYYY level index.html sections The list of winners for a given year in that year's top level `index.html` file will be the equivalent of the file inventory of a winner's `index.html`. A year's top level `index.html` "_Inventory_" link will jump down to the lower section of the `index.html` file.
