Subject: [PATCH] Fix make clobber in 2018/burton1

When scripthd was renamed to scripthd.sh the DATA field should have been
updated to have scripthd.sh. Also make clobber should remove scripthd
(but not scripthd.sh).

Updated .gitignore.
