Subject: [PATCH] Fix in tmp/author-wins.csv

As I feared two authors with the same first name were merged:
Christopher Night was entirely removed and Christopher Mills got the win
instead. Sorry Christopher! Or is it 'sorry Christopher!'? :-) I'm
confused! :-)
