Subject: [PATCH] Fix dead link in 2001 Herrmann entries
Had to use the Internet Wayback Machine unfortunately.
Format fixed author information in 2001/herrmann2/README.md and
2001/herrmann1/README.md.
No other changes were made in this commit.
