Subject: [PATCH 1/4] Fixes in top level README.md
Make links markdown format (since it's a markdown document).
Make some text bold and other text italic to help it all stand out.
Fix link to GitHub winner repo: it said it was the 'IOCCC winners GitHub
repository' but it actually linked to https://www.ioccc.org/index.html
which seems to be a mistake.

Subject: [PATCH 2/4] Add note to 1984/anonymous/Makefile about macOS
There are a number of issues that cause this. It might work with a more
recent compiler but it might not - I haven't tested that but anyone with
the default install will probably have problems.
