Subject: [PATCH] add gen_status and gen_sitemap to www and quick_www

Added `gen_status` and `gen_sitemap` to near the end of both `make www`
and `make quick_www`.  Moved `find_missing_links` to the end of both
`make www` and `make quick_www`.

Updated `sitemap.xml`.

Performed `make www` on macOS to complete the above.
