Subject: [PATCH] Add 1992/gson to bugs - use fgets() if possible

A tip is already in thanks-for-fixes.md so I just referred to that file
instead to not duplicate information (the information in that file is
relevant to the change made already).

+Cody changed it so that the buffer size is `ARG_MAX+1` to try and get past the
+problem of `gets()` being used in a more complex way.
