Fix 1998/schnitzi for linux
It segfaulted due to wrong type of a variable. It still crashes under macOS which I will be looking at in the near future but it at least works for linux. I noted in the bugs.md a compiler warning that should not be changed as it's not a bug and in fact 'fixing' it will introduce a bug.

[Cody Boone Ferguson](/winners.html#Cody_Boone_Ferguson) fixed this to work (it
segfaulted) under linux. He notes that currently it segfaults under macOS but
he'll work on that in the near future.

BTW: the author notes an incredible lipogram story called

[Gadsby](https://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/47342/pg47342.txt) which has no

please do NOT change it! Doing so will break the generated output.

It does not currently work under macOS. This will be investigated in the near

future.
