Subject: [PATCH] remove unused inc files

The inc files that have been removed were from the days, prior to
commit 97f6da124787423f8ed31a61c991c0fa8a3e1389 when the web site
used left side links and right side content.  Now, no web IOCCC
web pages use them so there have been removed so as to not
needlessly complicate the `inc/` directory with unused stuff.
