Add 2018/endoh1/try.sh + format/typo checks

The try.sh script shows each input file first so that one can see how it
turns out as a GIF file. The input files include those not suggested by
the judges including the source code itself (the author suggested it has
a message too).

The README.md file has been format/typo checked.
