Subject: [PATCH] Fix winners.html and winners.csv
Unfortunately different authors and this will also involve two follow up
pull requests.
In winners.html and winners.csv I updated the URL of Jack Applin (dead
link, used Internet Wayback Machine). This requires a number of entries
to be updated which will be done next.
In winners.html I also added an entry missing from an author. Selene
Makarios co-authored the 1995 'Best Layout', 1995/heathbar. That entry
has some updates to be done too.
