Typo fix in 1984/mullender/Makefile

We are approving pending valid updates to the winner repository as
a prerequisite for preparing for the inclusion of **IOCCC28** winning
entries.

**NOTE**: All subsequent pull requests (beyond the set we will now approve)
will be considered after the publication of the **IOCCC28** winning entries
and after a suitable IOCCC vacation for the IOCCC judges and staff.
