removed .id files from winning dirs
The `.id` files are no longer needed and so they were removed. The `winner_id` (the contents of the `.id` files) are simply a concatenation of "year" and "_" and "dir". Adjusted `.inventory.html`, `tmp/README.md`, `tmp/fake.gen_inventory.sh`, and the manifest according to the above.
