Subject: [PATCH] Fixes in tmp/author-wins.csv

I went through the file and looked for authors being merged by mistake
and found none. Instead I found some lines that were messed up
particularly due to the way the lines were formed in the first place and
how I edited the file in vim.

It might be good to go through the file one more time but I think it's
probably okay now.
