Subject: [PATCH] Remove missing files bug status in 2006/toledo2

As explained by the author (and I see now it's in the README.md file)
IMPORT.COM does not have to be a separate file in the directory; rather
it's embedded in C.BIOS. This commit synchronises the bug status in the
README.md file to the bugs.md file.
