fix pandoc arg in bin/pandoc-wrapper.sh

In `bin/pandoc-wrapper.sh`, the `--fail-if-warnings=true` arg for
`pandoc(1)` has been changed to just `--fail-if-warnings` as per
pandoc version 2.14.0.3.

In `bin/pandoc-wrapper.sh` changed VERSION "1.4.1 2024-02-23"
to "1.4.2 2024-03-17".

In `bin/chk-entry.sh` changed VERSION "1.1.2 2024-02-23"
to "1.1.2 2024-03-17".

We forgot to change the date when we changed the
`bin/chk-entry.sh` version number.
