force use of pandoc version >= 3.1.12.2
The `bin/pandoc-wrapper.sh` tool will verify that the ssytem has a recent enough version of `pandoc(1)`. We explain why we insist on `pandoc(1)`. version >= 3.1.12.2 in comments where the $PANDOC_MIN_VERSION is set. Added `--wrap=preserve` as a default argument to `pandoc(1)`. While this change will impact every HTML file generated, we believe this will improve the ability of someone to look at the generated HTML and correlate with the original markdown. Changed `bin/pandoc-wrapper.sh` VERSION from "1.4.2 2024-03-17" to "1.4.3 2024-03-18". Performed `make www` to achieve all of the above and to generate HTML using the new `--wrap=preserve` `pandoc(1)` mode.

written in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Lisp">Common Lisp</a>. What’s this

doing as an entry to the IOCCC?</p>
<p>Start over: this program, when compiled with a C99 compiler, is an
interpreter for an extremely limited and highly broken subset of <a
href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Lisp">Common Lisp</a>.</p>
<p>It requires C99 because of <code>C99</code>’s ability to declare

variables in the initializer of a <code>for</code> loop. Unfortunately,

C99 mode typically warns about implicitly declared functions, and

preprocessor directives prevent the program from being valid <a

result, several warnings will be printed about implicit declarations of

constant string, due to different string escape semantics in C and Lisp,

and some implicit integer-to-pointer conversions due to the

implicitly-declared functions.</p>

<p>This evaluates the expression <code>(2+2) * (5 - 9/3)</code> giving

the correct result, <code>8"</code> (with the same issue of no newline

the tokenizer, the spaces before the closing parentheses are

mandatory.</p>

<p>The program can also be run in an interactive mode, by simply

executing <code>./mikeash</code> and then typing lisp expressions, but

this is difficult due to the lack of proper editing facilities and the

total lack of error recovery in the interpreter. Typos will most likely

crash the program.</p>

<p>Aside from being required to put spaces between tokens and closing
