Fix Toledo author information

He has a different website (which was already in winners.html and
winners.csv but was not in the README.md files) so I've updated them
all. I also removed the email as there is no guarantee that it's even
valid any more; the last time he won (he noted he did not participate
again as he won five times and wanted to give other their chances) was
2011 and his website does not include an email.
