Subject: [PATCH] Fix 1995/makarios for some versions of clang

Some versions of clang, for instance in fedora linux, have a defect
where main() is only allowed to have 0, 2 or 3 args. This commit fixes
this problem so that the entry can compile with those versions of clang.

+function (`pain()` as it's annoying that clang is this way :-) ) that main()
+calls which has the four args.
