add hack-a-round for language specified markdown code blocks

When language is specified in a markdown code block such as:

````
```c
    printf("Hello, world!\n");
```
````

is used, the resulting HTML as produced by `pandoc(1)` combined
with our revised `ioccc.css` is not intent the code block well.

A temporary "_hack-a-round_" is to turn the "markdown code language
specifier" into an HTML comment. For example:

````
```
    printf("Hello, world!\n");
```
````

This commits turns off existing markdown code language specifiers
for now, while preserving our ability to restore them in the future
when a better "_hack-a-round_" to the "markdown code language
specifier" problem is found.

The HTML impact if this "_hack-a-round_" is to produce HTML that
looks like this:

```
..
```

We might be able to create a complex set of classes for each markdown
code language (there won't be very many) in `ioccc.css`, or we might
find a more general CSS (or maybe `pandoc(1)`?) solution.

For now, this hack-a-round will have to do.

A quick debugging session from Cody suggests that the problem with this value
is that:

the example input). It varies in value at this point. Observe that the next
lines of code are:

it’s not it should not proceed at all, not even to go past that loop. In other
words that loop should always be entered for at least one iteration. The check
for the
!= 48
is also required.

Perhaps more useful to know is that at this point in the code the code:

Well this explains why the
tr
does not transliterate it to
poot
but why is
this happening? Why can’t it be redirected to another file even?

If it could be figured out why it’s not writing to stdout and yet at the same

$ echo 1 2 + p | ./dlowe

so something is wrong with some commands/operators.

Another feature that does work in linux is:

$ echo poot | ./dlowe

Can you help fix these problems?

Cody provided the C code that creates an unformatted perl script that will just
print ‘unimplemented’ for operators but it seems to work in some other ways (see
@@ -1259,29 +1259,29 @@ below for how to go further than unimplemented) which is the exact perl from the
C program except that it has the
#!/usr/bin/env perl
and
use warnings;
as
well. A note below might suggest that doing this creates incomplete perl.

(key point!) the call to
perl_eval_sv()
that does it. Given what the author
stated and that the version of perl is < than 5.6.0 which the author states can
crash this makes sense.

This is NOT a bug and you’ll have to (at least at this time?) delete the files
manually. You shouldn’t have to worry about these being added to git: it seems
to ignore sockets (it did at least in macOS).

He provides the following tips on this situation. A simpler way to find sockets
in the directory:

file .*|grep socket|cut -f1 -d:

file .*|grep socket|cut -f1 -d:

To delete them you can do:

find . -exec file '{}' \;|grep socket|cut -f 1 -d: | xargs rm -f

find . -exec file '{}' \;|grep socket|cut -f 1 -d: | xargs rm -f

though one might want to check that the program is not currently running. :-)
