From b6faa73902e16932c7be253328e69f058df4ad03 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Cody Boone Ferguson <53008573+xexyl@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Tue, 18 Apr 2023 11:13:05 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Format fix 1996/rcm/README.md I feel positively awful but I also felt I had to add a link to the emacs tarball that was referenced in the README.md file. No matter how much it goes against my DNA it felt like it should be at least linked to since it was part of the author's testing procedure. Call me crazy but I just prefer not having CTS, I already have a good OS and I'd like a good editor too. :-) --- 1996/rcm/README.md | 48 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++------------------- 1 file changed, 28 insertions(+), 20 deletions(-) diff --git a/1996/rcm/README.md b/1996/rcm/README.md index 4edcecc29..ea6527367 100644 --- a/1996/rcm/README.md +++ b/1996/rcm/README.md @@ -1,37 +1,45 @@ # Best RFC Obfuscation - Ron McFarland - 7941 Fawncreek Drive - Cincinnati, Ohio 45249 - USA +Ron McFarland +7941 Fawncreek Drive +Cincinnati, Ohio 45249 +USA ## To build: - make all +```sh +make all +``` ## To run: - ./rcm < rfc1951.gz +```sh +./rcm < rfc1951.gz +``` ## Try: For more information try: - ./rcm < rfc1952.gz - +```sh +./rcm < rfc1952.gz +``` ## Judges' remarks: For a good noop try: - gzip -c < rcm.c | ./rcm +```sh +gzip -c < rcm.c | ./rcm +``` ## Author's remarks: -Except for some silly requirements regarding input validation, CRC -checking, and similar unimportant fluff, this program is a fully -compliant RFC1951/RFC1952 (GNU Gzip) file uncompressor.
