From bb7736cb2be3415f9229a1705f5c3c0ee1371c0e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Cody Boone Ferguson <53008573+xexyl@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Fri, 21 Apr 2023 05:58:13 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Update 2001/anonymous/Makefile - add cpp rule This compiles the C pre-processed version as it seems like this will be useful to any person crazy (by which I mean bold) enough to try and fix it (and I give much respect to them!). It is compiled by make all: maybe this is a mistake but it seems like it's going to be useful if anyone is to fix it. This part can be undone of course. --- 2001/anonymous/Makefile | 11 ++++++++++- 1 file changed, 10 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/2001/anonymous/Makefile b/2001/anonymous/Makefile index a98cbfd8c..3efc85eb7 100644 --- a/2001/anonymous/Makefile +++ b/2001/anonymous/Makefile @@ -117,7 +117,7 @@ PROG= ${ENTRY} # OBJ= ${PROG}.o DATA= -TARGET= ${PROG} +TARGET= ${PROG} cpp # ALT_OBJ= ALT_TARGET= @@ -142,6 +142,15 @@ ${PROG}: ${PROG}.c $$magic $$warning -Dmagic= $$X "-DX=A($$magic \"$$X\")" \ $< -o $@ ${LIBS} +cpp: cpp.c + @echo "NOTE: this entry seems to no longer work." + magic='${CC} ${CFLAGS}'; \ + X='-DA(X)=#X'; \ + warning='-Dprocessor'; \ + $$magic $$warning -Dmagic= $$X "-DX=A($$magic \"$$X\")" \ + $< -o $@ ${LIBS} + + ${PROG}.ten: ${PROG}.ten.c @echo "NOTE: this program must be compiled as 32-bit to use with the entry itself." @echo "if you want to use it where this is not possible e.g. with a Mac try, say to"
