remove markdown code block language in status.html

Remove the markdown language for the code block containing
the contents of `status.json` in `status.html`.

Changed `bin/status2html.sh` VERSION from to "1.3 2024-04-16"
to "1.3.1 2024-04-16".

Run `make gen_status` to perform the above and test under macOS.
