Add 2015/schweikhardt/try.sh + format/typo checks

The bugs.md file has also been updated with a INABIAF section. One in
particular might be up to discussion and is easily fixed but it's not
clear yet if it should change so it's not done (for now?).

The issue above notwithstanding this entry should be complete.
