From e23db83ae6bb0742698581a69a2c0ecc3a21edde Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Cody Boone Ferguson <53008573+xexyl@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Mon, 15 May 2023 08:14:32 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Get 2014/skeggs to compile The problem was that the CDEFINE was missing 's: the define is an actual string so it needs the 's surrounding the "s otherwise the code will not compile. I didn't have a chance to really look at the compilation error but I noticed in Yusuke Endoh's analysis that he compiled it slightly different than the Makefile. It became clear at that point what was going on. He added -ldl but this should not be necessary so I did not add it to the Makefile. --- 2014/skeggs/Makefile | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/2014/skeggs/Makefile b/2014/skeggs/Makefile index 4cc43f2aa..8f5237b1f 100644 --- a/2014/skeggs/Makefile +++ b/2014/skeggs/Makefile @@ -58,7 +58,7 @@ ARCH= # Defines that are needed to compile # -CDEFINE= -DCC="${CC} -fPIC" +CDEFINE= -DCC='"${CC} -fPIC"' # Include files that are needed to compile #
