From f335a9b415ac0011a9918b0981763bdd236639bc Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Landon Curt Noll Date: Sun, 30 Jun 2024 16:19:11 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] update rules and guideline headers Harmonized and improve the headers that are prepended to the rules and guidelines given the IOCCC state. Attempted to make the headers that are prepended to the rules and guidelines more consistent. Make reference to, where applicable, FAQs about feedback and questions in those headers.
