Updates to 2020/ferguson[12] wrt recipe

In 2020/ferguson1 the chocolate-cake.md file has been updated with a
suggestion that those who try it let me know how they like it and
sharing pictures (on mastodon).

In 2020/ferguson2 all chocolate cake related files have been removed. A
new file encrypted.html has been added with a new task one might wish to
try since the cake recipe is in 2020/ferguson1.

The make clobber rule in 2020/ferguson2 removes decrypted.html (the
recode.md file now shows how one might decrypt the encrypted.html in the
file decrypted.html but this file should not be committed and is now in,
along with a few others, .gitignore).

The html files have NOT been updated as manifest issues have to be
resolved first.

N.B. At the end of this file I have given a fun exercise that can be used to
explore my [Enigma machine](https://www.cryptomuseum.com/crypto/enigma/index.htm)
[simulator](prog.c). It's especially worth doing if you you like good chocolate and could
use a delicious [Double-layered Chocolate Fudge Cake][].
Alternatively if you just want the [recipe](../ferguson1/chocolate-cake.md)
you could look at my [Snake entry 'Don't tread on me'
award](../ferguson1/prog.c) since it's also there and not enciphered.
[simulator](prog.c). I really encourage you to do this but of course you don't
have to if you don't wish to.

As I was making the above silly list something occurred to me. My [other
entry](/2020/ferguson1/prog.c) this year includes a recipe for a wonderful
double-layered chocolate fudge cake but why would it not be included in this one
too? But then if that's the case why on Earth should it be unscrambled?

cake](https://www.ioccc.org/2020/ferguson1/chocolate-cake.html) but then
shouldn't this entry include something that is fun too? But if that's the case
why on Earth should it be unscrambled? It would be more fun and a great way to
explore this entry if you have to use the Enigma machine to read the message!
So this is what I offer: if you take one of the settings below and run the
simulator on the file [chocolate-cake.html][] you will have a wonderful
chocolate cake recipe (that even my late stepmum who didn't even like chocolate
loved - it's a speciality of my mum's and they were the best of friends too). If
you're lazy (or just want some delicious double-layered chocolate fudge cake!)
just go and look at the [recipe](../ferguson1/chocolate-cake.html) (or
[here](../ferguson1/chocolate-cake.md) if on GitHub) in my other entry. Then
again if you're lazy you're probably not reading this far! :)
Enigma machine simulator on the file [encrypted.html][encrypted.html] you will
unlock a html file with something special in it. I recommend you decrypt it to
`decrypted.html` and open it in a web browser.
The settings is one of the below but a couple questions you might ask yourself:
The correct settings is listed below but *you* must determine which one is the
right line. Before you do this here are some things to ask yourself:
1. Are any invalid input?

2. Is there some other kind of trickery involved here?
1. Is there some other kind of trickery involved here?
I can think of the best way to answer these and I think I need not even mention
it. Have fun and enjoy!
BTW: Depending on where you are in this world and how warm it is the icing can
be a bit of an issue - I give some ideas in the file on what can be done for
this. At worst though the icing won't come out as good as it usually does.
That's assuming you follow in the instructions exactly as they are; it's a very
picky recipe.
## Hints:
1. It's not the middle one.
0. It's not the middle one.
2. Yes there are some things kind of spelt here. These include things about
cake and chocolate. Some things spelt mean nothing whatever and can be
considered coincidences. Some were randomised.

Of course, the above points might or might not be relevant. Didst you really
think that I would give too much away? :)

To help you out, though, this is how you might do the decrypting. Assuming that
the key you wish to select is
```
0EZ4PC1CC0PGTAQSOXWNMDRYKFUZEI
```
you can do:
```sh
./recode -R0EZ4PC1CC0PGTAQSOXWNMDRYKFUZEI -fencrypted.html | ./prog - 2>/dev/null > decrypted.html
```
Then open `decrypted.html` in your browser.
