Cody Boone Ferguson 205fa25ced Change references of many terms to new names
This is a HUGE commit and this task is not done. There are still some
changes that might need to be discussed and since so much is done here I
think it's better to let this go through and then make sure everything
is okay. When the remaining references are discussed they can also be
changed.

I did NOT include changes in the tmp/OLD_manifest directory.

Some of the changes in this commit (it might be exhaustive but it might
not be - not sure):

- In the Makefiles the WINNERS was renamed AUTHORS.
- References to winners.html were changed to authors.html.
- The FAQ named anchor 'fix_a_winner' was renamed 'fix_an_entry'.
- The JSON fields (or whatever they're called) 'winner_id' and
'winner_JSON_format_version' were changed so that 'winner' is 'entry'.
- In scripts for entries 'IOCCC winner' was changed to 'IOCCC entry'.
- 'winners_text' is now 'entries_text'. It might be better to be
'entry_text' as it's per entry but this was not noticed at first. Since
this is easy to fix I am holding off on this for the meantime.
- The script tmp/update-manifest.sh now has the commit log messages
changed to the correct terms as well.

The index.html files were updated as well with any of the above
changes.

There are some references that should NOT be updated. Two examples
caught (and maybe more have slipped through that will have to be changed
back): in 1984/anonymous/README.md the author wrote back to Landon after
being told about the famous tattoo and they used the words:

.. my entry will be the first IOCCC winner ..

but since this comes from the author it should remain so.

The other one is that winners.html should still refer to winners.html as
it informs people that it's been moved to authors.html (it does redirect
too but even so if it was changed it would defeat the purpose of the
message).

With paths like authors.html I tried to copy paste so that hopefully
there are no typos. It is possible that I did not end up doing this with
all but these can be fixed when discovered.

Cody Boone Ferguson af05d9dac1 Slight UI improvements in 1996/gandalf/try.sh
Rather than showing something like:

Showing diff between 'cmd' and 'cmd':
Press any key to run: diff ...

it now shows instead (for example):

    $ diff hatcat.txt cathat.txt (diff between 'hatcat' and './cathat'):
    Press any key to continue:

The reason it's two lines is because having it on one line makes it a
kind long line. Probably not an issue with modern systems but I have
tried to keep the lines close to 80 columns and not doing it this way
would make it almost 90.

The script now has -C 1 used to show context. This way the file names
are shown in the output to help distinguish the files being compared. Of
course it might be possible to diff the command outputs themselves but
this works better because it will show the files that are the same
(when they are) rather than '.. and - are identical'.

Cody Boone Ferguson 28b03f9d97 Further improvements to 1996/gandalf/try.sh
Running ./try.sh by itself will not show this improvement. It might be
an inside joke between Landon and me but which adds fun to the entry in
a way that many people will appreciate, given the entry name. Those who
do not, however, will not be bothered by it as running ./try.sh won't do
anything different from before: it'll just run the program in a variety
of ways as before.

Cody Boone Ferguson aee071cdf8 Add 1996/gandalf/try.sh and format README.md
The script is rather elaborate in that it runs the programs in the
different ways the judges previously suggested as well as some
additional runs and shows the difference (or if no difference says they
are identical) of the different commands, using temporary files that are
deleted if the script is sent (some) signals, the script is quit (when
prompted to press a key pressing 'q' will quit the script) or if the
script runs to completion.

The README.md file was format/typo checked.

The Makefile has had -Wno-implicit-int added to CSILENCE.
