Now the vik2_1.c file only has code from that file rather than other
pre-processed things from before.
Both vik2.c and vik2_1.c now don't use FNAME but rather include __FILE__
just to make it a bit easier. Note that this was not done with
vik2.possible.cat.death.c because it is there for fun and to demonstrate
the problem I fixed (which unfortunately involved heavy modifications to
the original file).
Format/typo check README.md file.
Unfortunately this fix required heavy modification to the original file
and inclusion of a file that was once generated by the Makefile but now
it works for both macOS and Linux. It unfortunately will generate a lot
of warnings in Linux (or at least some - in Rocky Linux and Fedora Linux
it generates a lot of warnings about GCC extensions and with clang it
also generates warning(s?) about reserved keywords for a total of 45131
(!!) warnings) but still it now works with Linux and macOS (clean
compilation).
See the thanks-for-fixes.md file for example warnings and what this fix
entailed.
We we move 1988-2004 entries from all of a year's winning entries
in a single directory to each winner being in their own sub-directory
under the given year directory.
