Cody Boone Ferguson 205fa25ced Change references of many terms to new names
This is a HUGE commit and this task is not done. There are still some
changes that might need to be discussed and since so much is done here I
think it's better to let this go through and then make sure everything
is okay. When the remaining references are discussed they can also be
changed.

I did NOT include changes in the tmp/OLD_manifest directory.

Some of the changes in this commit (it might be exhaustive but it might
not be - not sure):

- In the Makefiles the WINNERS was renamed AUTHORS.
- References to winners.html were changed to authors.html.
- The FAQ named anchor 'fix_a_winner' was renamed 'fix_an_entry'.
- The JSON fields (or whatever they're called) 'winner_id' and
'winner_JSON_format_version' were changed so that 'winner' is 'entry'.
- In scripts for entries 'IOCCC winner' was changed to 'IOCCC entry'.
- 'winners_text' is now 'entries_text'. It might be better to be
'entry_text' as it's per entry but this was not noticed at first. Since
this is easy to fix I am holding off on this for the meantime.
- The script tmp/update-manifest.sh now has the commit log messages
changed to the correct terms as well.

The index.html files were updated as well with any of the above
changes.

There are some references that should NOT be updated. Two examples
caught (and maybe more have slipped through that will have to be changed
back): in 1984/anonymous/README.md the author wrote back to Landon after
being told about the famous tattoo and they used the words:

.. my entry will be the first IOCCC winner ..

but since this comes from the author it should remain so.

The other one is that winners.html should still refer to winners.html as
it informs people that it's been moved to authors.html (it does redirect
too but even so if it was changed it would defeat the purpose of the
message).

With paths like authors.html I tried to copy paste so that hopefully
there are no typos. It is possible that I did not end up doing this with
all but these can be fixed when discovered.

Cody Boone Ferguson c28e7860d3 Improve 2005/giljade test.sh and fix make clobber
The script now lets one keep the out and out.count file even if the test
suite passes. This is done because the try script does that too in case
the user wants to see the out file to open in vim for fun (though the
try script actually simulates this for them).

The make clobber rule needs to remove out.count too in case they decide
to keep the file OR in the case before this commit the detecting errors
is terminated prematurely. This is especially important for updating the
manifest but even then it shouldn't leave files lying about.

Updated .gitignore with out.count added.

Cody Boone Ferguson f72856c519 Improve scripts for 2005/giljade
Prompt to run test suite after the main feature is done and improve the
prompting. The test suite script gives a warning that it may take a bit
of time to run.

Cody Boone Ferguson 6a1e57c8d8 Minor improvements to 2005/giljade/test.sh
Instead of grep -C5 it's now grep -C10 in case there's ever a
compilation eror.

Make it say 'successfully compiled' rather than just 'compiled'.

Cody Boone Ferguson 97af1f03bc Fix 2005/giljade/test.sh
The script did not check if all versions could be compiled, just that
180 versions were found. Now it reports an error if not all versions
(180) are found (exit code 1) or if any of the versions failed to
compile (exit code 2). Otherwise it returns 0, success.

The regexp for finding errors is '[^-]error' because the CFLAGS contain
the option -Wno-error which would be a false positive.

Now if any version fails to compile it will let the user know. Also in
that case out.count is kept so that one can look at the problem (it also
tells one how to show the results with grep(1) and even notes that if
they want to report it or try and fix it and open a GitHub pull request
that they're welcome to do so).

The giljade.c file's last line now ends on the column that it used to
before the fix of the test suite mode working. This does not affect the
output of the program and the fix did not either but it feels a bit
better this way anyway.

Cody Boone Ferguson a9fbaf593f Many improvements to 2005/giljade presentation
The try.sh script lets one experience the entry without having to use
vi(m) .. you know, in case they're afraid of getting stuck :-) (and it
is easier too). The script leaves the file there (rather than piping to
less(1)) so that one can view it in a text editor if they wish.

The file test.sh runs the test suite mode but it filters out the running
of 'make', instead only showing the lines matching '^Line'. When it's
all done it checks if 180 versions (lines) were found (it writes to
stdout and another file with tee(1)). If it does not find 180 it is an
error and this is reported (with exit 1). If it does find 180 all is
good. The make test rule was added and uses this script.

Format and typo check README.md file.
