Landon Curt Noll 1878ea0f72 fix topbar menu items 
Improved the topbar menu set.

Fixed broken links from the topbar.

Removed "Click this" (for now?).

Ran `make www` to perform the above.

Landon Curt Noll 9265a9e129 fix emloty 2nd level header warning 
Removed empty 2nd level header from top level `index.html`
to remove Nu HTML check warning.

Run `make gen_top_html` to perform the above and test under macOS.
