Landon Curt Noll b66c79254a add hack-a-round for language specified markdown code blocks 
When language is specified in a markdown code block such as:

````
```c
    printf("Hello, world!\n");
```
````

is used, the resulting HTML as produced by `pandoc(1)` combined
with our revised `ioccc.css` is not intent the code block well.

A temporary "_hack-a-round_" is to turn the "markdown code language
specifier" into an HTML comment.  For example:

````
```<!---c-->
    printf("Hello, world!\n");
```
````

This commits turns off existing markdown code language specifiers
for now, while preserving our ability to restore them in the future
when a better  "_hack-a-round_" to the "markdown code language
specifier" problem is found.

The HTML impact if this "_hack-a-round_" is to produce HTML that
looks like this:

```
<pre class="&lt;!---c--&gt;"><code> .. </code></pre>
```

We might be able to create a complex set of classes for each markdown
code language (there won't be very many) in `ioccc.css`, or we might
find a more general CSS (or maybe `pandoc(1)`?) solution.

For now, this hack-a-round will have to do.

<p>These zip2 compressed tarballs were preserved as an archive of the
winning source code that was available on the <a href="https://www.ioccc.org">official IOCCC web
site</a> as of 2020 Dec 28. These zip2 compressed
tarballs represent the “<em>released</em>” IOCCC winning source,
as modified by the IOCCC judges and winning authors
as of <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20201228005211/https://www.ioccc.org/">2020 Dec 28</a>.</p>
<p>You might wish to note that the
<a href="archive-all.tar.bz2">archive/historic/archive-all.tar.bz2</a> file
found in this archive produces a somewhat newer version of the
released IOCCC source for 1984, 1985, 1986 and 1987 in that the
winning entries for those years were still found in single year directories. Thus the
<a href="archive-1984.tar.bz2">archive/historic/archive-1984.tar.bz2</a>,
<a href="archive-1985.tar.bz2">archive/historic/archive-1985.tar.bz2</a>,
<a href="archive-1986.tar.bz2">archive/historic/archive-1986.tar.bz2</a>,
<a href="archive-1987.tar.bz2">archive/historic/archive-1987.tar.bz2</a>,
zip2 compressed tarballs represent a somewhat earlier form of the
“<em>released</em>” IOCCC winning source for those years.
This a somewhat earlier set of IOCCC winning source may
be found in the archive/archive-YYYY.tar.bz2 files.</p>
<p>In addition the <code>archive/archive-all.tar.bz2</code> file has
a slightly newer version of the 2011 rules and guidelines.
as well as a newer version of 2012/tromp hint files.</p>
<p>For your convenience we keep an archive of the zip2 compressed
tarballs as found in the <a href="https://web.archive.org">Internet Archive Wayback
Machine</a> as of [2022 Dec
28)(https://web.archive.org/web/20201228005211/https://www.ioccc.org/).</p>
<h2 id="how-to-unpack">How to unpack</h2>
<p><em>HINT</em>: To uncompress a given bzip2 compressed tarball file, use:</p>

<p>where “<em>file.tar.bz2</em>” is the name of a file found in this directory.</p>
<p>To uncompress all of the 2022 Dec 28 archive using the year based
