multi: remove Litecoin config options

This commit removes the `Litecoin`, `LtcMode` and `LitecoindMode`
members from the main LND `Config` struct. Since only the bitcoin
blockchain is now supported, this commit also deprecates the
`cfg.Bitcoin.Active` config option.
