Gijs van Dam 6ea99cde42 invoices: increase timeout parallel Postgres tests
Increase the test timeout from 10s to 60s to accommodate slow
Postgres database setup and migrations when running tests in
parallel. This prevents false-positive test failures on slower
CI runners.

ffranr c58b6a25a2 invoices: integrate settlement interceptor with invoice registry
This commit updates the invoice registry to utilize the settlement
interceptor during the invoice settlement routine. It allows the
interceptor to capture the invoice, providing interception clients an
opportunity to determine the settlement outcome.

Elle Mouton b0d3e4dc0d multi: extract path ID and total amt from received payment
We've covered all the logic for building a blinded path to ourselves and
putting that into an invoice - so now we start preparing to actually be
able to recognise the incoming payment as one from a blinded path we
created.

The incoming update_add_htlc will have an `encrypted_recipient_data`
blob for us that we would have put in the original invoice. From this we
extract the PathID which we wrote. We consider this the payment address
and we use this to derive the associated invoice location.

Blinded path payments will not include MPP records, so the payment
address and total payment amount must be gleaned from the pathID and new
totalAmtMsat onion field respectively.

This commit only covers the final hop payload of a hop in a blinded
path. Dummy hops will be handled in the following commit.

Carla Kirk-Cohen 17f529bfad invoices/test: rename newInvoice to reflect return value better
Test utils currently have two different test invoices - a minimalist

latter is renamed and moved closer to the calling code to more clearly
indicate its use.

positiveblue 5ff5225245 multi: break invoice depenency on channeldb
Now that we have the new package `lnd/channeldb/models` we can invert the
depenency between `channeldb` and `invoices`.

- Move all the invoice related types and errors to the
`invoices` package.

- Ensure that all the packages dealing with invoices use the types and
interfaces defined in the `invoices` package.

- Implement the InvoiceDB interface (defined in `lnd/invoices`) in
  channeldb.

- Add new mock for InterfaceDB.

- `InvoiceRegistery` tests are now in its own subpacakge (they need to
import both invoices & channeldb). This is temporary until we can
  decouple them.

Oliver Gugger 8b7c88537c multi: refactor SignDigestCompact into SignMessageCompact
To make it possible to use a remote lnrpc server as a signer for our
wallet, we need to change our main interface to sign the message instead
of the message's digest. Otherwise we'd need to alter the
lnrpc.SignMessage RPC to accept a digest instead of only the message
which has security implications.

carla 34de5922ed multi: add height-based invoice expiry
This commit adds height-based invoice expiry for hodl invoices
that have active htlcs. This allows us to cancel our intentionally
held htlcs before channels are force closed. We only add this for
hodl invoices because we expect regular invoices to automatically
be resolved.

We still keep hodl invoices in the time-based expiry queue,
because we want to expire open invoices that reach their timeout
before any htlcs are added. Since htlcs are added after the
invoice is created, we add new htlcs as they arrive in the
invoice registry. In this commit, we allow adding of duplicate
entries for an invoice to be added to the expiry queue as each
htlc arrives to keep implementation simple. Our cancellation
logic can already handle the case where an entry is already
canceled, so this is ok.

Olaoluwa Osuntokun 530059f18b invoices: force MPP payload inclusion for non-keysend payments
In this commit, we move to start rejecting any normal payments that
aren't keysend, if they don't also include the MPP invoice payload. With
this change, we require that some sort of e2e secret (either the payment
addr or the keysend pre-image) is present in a payload before we'll
accept the payment.

The second portion of the commit also updates all current tests in the
package. We kept the base `TestSettleInvoice` test in-tact as it still
exercises some useful behavior. However, we've removed all cases that
allow an overpayment, as the new MPP logic doesn't allow overpayment for
various reasons. In addition to this, some of the returned errors are
slightly different, tho the actual behavior is equivalent.

Joost Jager d416ed59ea multi: add explicit hodl invoice flag to invoice
Previously it wasn't possible to store a preimage in the invoice
database and signal that a payment should not be settled right away. The
only way to hold a payment was to insert the magic UnknownPreimage value
in the invoice database. This commit introduces a distinct flag to
signal that an invoice is a hold invoice and thereby allows the preimage
to be present in the database already.

Preparation for (key send) hodl invoices for which we already know the
preimage.

This commit adds handling code for the key send custom record. If this

subsequent settle flow is unchanged. The newly inserted invoice is
picked up and settled. Notifications will be broadcast as usual.

Andras Banki-Horvath 44f13d1d60 invoices: adding InvoiceExpryWatcher to cancel expired invoices
This commit adds InvoiceExpryWatcher which is a separate class that
receives new invoices (and existing ones upon restart) from InvoiceRegistry

InvoiceExpiryWatcher will call into InvoiceRegistry to cancel the
invoice and by that notify all subscribers about the state change.

Andras Banki-Horvath 7024f36a76 general: adding the Clock interface to aid testing
This commit adds Clock and DefaultClock and moves the private
invoices.testClock under the clock package while adding basic
unit tests for it.
Clock is an interface currently encapsulating Now() and TickAfter().
It can be added as an external dependency to any class. This way
tests can stub out time.Now() or time.After().

The DefaultClock class simply returns the real time.Now() and
time.After().
