In many instances, we'll now manually set the extra bytes to an empty byte slice to avoid comparisons that fail due to one message having an empty byte slice and the other having a nil pointer.
lnwire
The lnwire package implements the Lightning Network wire protocol.
This package has intentionally been designed so it can be used as a standalone package for any projects needing to interface with lightning peers at the wire protocol level.
