User feedback (2026-05-24): /ship-spec must end with `gh pr ready <N>`; don't leave PRs in draft. Overrides the skill's documented "v1 stops at draft" stance. Recorded in both the harness MEMORY.md and the auto-memory feedback store so future sessions apply the preference without re-correction. Conventions
- Date format:
date -u +%Y-%m-%d(UTC, ISO 8601). - One log per day: Each
YYYY-MM-DD/folder holds a singlelog.mdcovering that calendar day's session notes, decisions, and context. If a day sees multiple sessions, log entries are sequential within the same file. - Topic naming: Kebab-case, lowercase (e.g.,
x-campaign.md,agent-onboarding.md). - Gitignore: All
YYYY-MM-DD/folders and their contents are gitignored. OnlyREADME.md,MEMORY.md, and tracked<topic>.mdfiles appear in git.
