All US-001..US-005 passes: true; progress.txt has Codebase Patterns
+ per-story entries + STATUS: COMPLETE sentinel. /delegate execution
of tasks/karpathy-llm-wiki/prd.json is finished.

Refs #350. PR #351 ready for human review (transition to ready via
gh pr ready 351 + /ci-status).
