Strip workspace/ to an agent-runtime-agnostic template per SPEC v0.7
§"Harness Packs". Identity, skills, sub-agents, and routines now come
from a harness pack (e.g. @ryaneggz/mifune), not from this directory.
Removed: HEARTBEAT.md, IDENTITY.md, MEMORY.md, SOUL.md, TOOLS.md,
USER.md; heartbeats/, .ralph/, memory/, .codex symlink, .openharness
symlink; .claude/skills/{compress,content-gate,eval-conciseness,
quality-gate,wiki-ingest,wiki-lint,wiki-query,ralph,prd,ci-status}/;
.claude/agents/ (eight sub-agents); .claude/hooks/notify_slack.sh.
Kept: AGENTS.md (rewritten as ~22-line stub), startup.sh,
.claude/.example.env.claude, .claude/rules/{code-quality,git,
token-conservation}.md, .claude/settings.local.json (Slack hook
references stripped), .claude/screenshots/.gitkeep.
Updated AGENTS.md (root) project-structure comment to describe
workspace/ as an empty agent-runtime template.
Closes US-013 of #210.
