test reverse of workaround for UTF-8 character in markdown file

In commit 9058b1c576 we replaced
a ß with ss due to a Jekyll::Converters::Markdown error that
prevented GitHub from rendering the web site.

We reverse this change and see if the rendering problem
still persists.
