Add 1992/gson to bugs - use fgets() if possible
A tip is already in thanks-for-fixes.md so I just referred to that file instead to not duplicate information (the information in that file is relevant to the change made already).

## 1992 gson

### STATUS: uses gets() - change to fgets() if possible

### Source code: [1992/gson/gson.c](1992/gson/gson.c)

Cody changed it so that the buffer size is `ARG_MAX+1` to try and get past the
problem of `gets()` being used in a more complex way.
It would be ideal if it were to use `fgets()` though. This will probably be
looked at later but you're welcome to try and fix this too! A tip on how
`gets()` is being used is in the [thanks-for-fixes.md](thanks-for-fixes.md)
file.
