Update bug description of 1993/cmills

It has been confirmed that this issue, a blank screen, occurs in
multiple systems, not just macOS. A RHEL 9.3 system also has the
problem.

We are unsure if this is a problem with multiple platforms but in macOS at least
the program appears to just shows a black screen.
In multiple platforms, both macOS and also linux (in particular a RHEL 9.3
system), this entry just shows a blank screen.
Can you fix it? We welcome your help.
