Fixes in 1994/westley
Format fixes in README.md. Added note from author about terminal configuration from Brian at the top of the README.md and the Makefile so that it's easier to see. Using the spoiler section from Brian I converted it to compiler commands (in the README.md) and made a spoiler.sh script to run them - to make it easier to see the game in full for those who just want to see it and not try it.

make all

NOTE: the purpose of this entry is to escape the dungeon via the compiler line

where you get messages as compiler errors. Depending on the compiler line you

will get different error messages and one compiler line will make you win the

game!

NOTE: your terminal should be set to 80 columns, 8 character tabs, and
wraparound.
## Try:
But for something more interesting try compiling it with
different cc arguments. For example:
cc -Describe -Door westley.c
cc -Describe -Drain westley.c
```sh
cc -Describe -Door westley.c
cc -Describe -Drain westley.c
```
## Judges' comments:
Not all compiler errors are bad.

[Cody Boone Ferguson](/winners.html#Cody_Boone_Ferguson) converted the spoiler

compiler options to be compiler commands and added a script
[spoiler.sh](spoiler.sh) to automate the spoiler commands provided by the author
to make it easier to see the game in action. Thank you Cody! To use:

80 columns, 8 character tabs, and wraparound, as there is no way
