Restore one INABIAF in 1990/westley

The other one cannot be restored or at least should not be as it floods
the screen in an unsuspecting way. If no arg is specified though, it now
will likely crash (previously because of the use of argv[1] later in the
code but now to prevent the code from flooding the screen if the number
is < 0).

<p>He also changed the <code>argc</code> to be an <code>int</code>, not a <code>char</code>, even though it might
often be the same (this in particular was done for <code>clang</code>).</p>
<p>He also fixed the code to not enter an infinite loop if arg is a number not &gt; 0

deemed a problem to be fixed.</p>
<p>NOTE: the alternate code did NOT have arg checks added as it is actually a copy of the

To be more like the original the number of args passed to the program has not
been fixed so that if one passes no arg it will still likely crash.</p>
