fix bin/find-missing-links.sh to not report itself
The `bin/find-missing-links.sh` tool was reporting its own errors. There is now only "86 missing link(s) found". Change `bin/find-missing-links.sh` VERSION from "1.1 2024-04-28" to "1.1.1 2024-04-28".
