fix bin/csv2entry.sh

We fixed `bin/csv2entry.sh` to output entry `.entry.json`
files in JSON canonical form.

Changed `bin/csv2entry.sh` VERSION from "1.2.2 2024-08-17"
to "1.2.3 2024-08-30".

Performed `make quick_www` to accomplish the above and to test under macOS.
