test if HTML italics is allowed in HTML headers

As per
[comment-212792541](https://github.com/ioccc-src/temp-test-ioccc/issues/2006#issuecomment-2127925419)
we have added HTML italics around the "float" in "f is for float"
HTML header.

Perform `make gen_authors` to test the above.
